Buying a House and protecting your family are some of the most important decisions you will make. We want to build long term relationships with our clients based on mutual trust. Many of our clients have relied upon us for years, we get to know what their needs are and how they like to work. We are able to suggest products and services as they become relevant to them during key stages in their life. They also know we are at the end of the phone if they need to talk to us - In fact often clients just give us a buzz to "bounce something off" us.


What you can expect from us:
  • One point of contact throughout with a broker who will build up a detailed picture of your requirements and will work with you throughout your relationship with us.
  • Regular contact throughout the process to ensure you are never in the dark.
  • To be advised, rather than sold to. To have all recommendations fully explained to allow you to make the decision.

We never forget that most of our business is referred from our clients, and people only recommend a service to friends and family in which they have total trust. It makes sense that  ensuring your total trust and satisfaction is our top priority.


Relationships with Providers

We have built up relationships with Lenders and Insurance Providers so our clients don't have to. If we need something turned around in a hurry we know who to speak to, if we need an application looked at sympathetically instead of by automated decision then we have options. There is no easy way to learn this, just knowledge built up by years of placing clients with the right mortgage and protection products to suit their needs.
