We need to get further information from you so we can find the best options for you.



Face to Face



We use our technology and experience to find the deals that are available to you. We can then discuss the options and help you to decide which option is right for you


Decision in Principle

Once we have decided on the most suitable mortgage product we will then apply to the lender for an "Agreement in Principle" to make sure we can obtain the finance.


Full Mortgage Application

We will electronically submit your application along with supporting documents such as ID, Proof of address, Proof of income.



The lender will instruct a valuation to ensure that the property represents suitable security for the loan. There are 3 main types of survey available.


Mortgage Offer

If the lender is satisfied with the Valuation you will receive a mortgage offer. We also get a copy so we can ensure it is correct.


Exchange and Completion

 At the same time as the Financial Process, the legal process has also been moving along. Once all legal enquiries have been satisfied you will Exchange Contracts followed by actual Completion Day.
